KeepItSalty Adventures (KISA) reserves the right to cancel an event due to weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. 

**If KISA cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund. 

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the same event to a new, future date. 

Cancellations made within 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a full refund. 

Cancellations made within 3 – 4 days will receive a 40% refund. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours, no refund. 

No show, receives no refund.

That is dependent on what charter service you book.

– Full day charters are 8 hours.
– Part day charters are 6 hours.

– Half day charters are 4 hours.

– Sunset cruises are 2 hours and that starts at 5pm or 6pm.

Yes, you can. Simply contact us and we will notify you via telephone or email if the dates you selected are available and start planning your itinerary.

All charters operate with a Captain.

Yes, you are allowed to use all amenities and enjoy it as if it was your own.

– Air conditioned accomodations with one master suite and one VIP suite.

– Shower and day head (toilet/bathroom).

– Large saloon with 42″ 4K TV.

– Full kitchen.

– Drinks eg. table wine, local rum punch, sodas and water.

– Service of the crew : 2 persons (Captain and Mate/Engineer).

– Towels

– Fuel

– Insurance for the yacht and the passengers

– Water toys (snorkeling equipment, infaltables, paddle boards).

– Light snacks.

– Subs (Included in Part and Full day trips.)

– Photos and Videos (With your permission.)

We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and all major credit cards. US/BAH Dollars.

You are not obligated to do so but it is customary to leave 15%-20% of the total charter fee based on your satisfaction.

Maximum capacity is 12 guests.

We’ll be better able to assist you based on the charter you selected also, if you have any special request. Otherwise, we often suggest to bring your favorite pair of sunglasses, sun screen and perfect smiles.

Yes, you can as long as the dates and times have not already been booked.

We’ll find out if you are able to go out on another day otherwise you will receive a 100% refund.

Yes, you can. When you submit your request, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss your needs and wants. If the dates you selected are available and we agree to the changes, you will have created your own itinerary.

Yes, you, your family and/or friends will be the only guests on board your charter.

We do take photos and videos that we share with you and on our social platform so there is a Media Release Form that you sign if we have your permission to take photos/videos.

Within a week otherwise, you will be notified by email.
